The training app for hybrid athletes. We wrote every line of it ourselves.
01 The start
Three apps for one workout.
We lift weights and we run. That took a gym app, a running app and notes on the phone. None of them knew about the others.
02 The idea
Everything in one log.
So we built our own. The home screen now shows the whole week, from chest day on Monday to the run on Sunday.
03 Today
Live and in use every day.
Runs come in from Strava automatically. It still works in a basement gym with no signal. We open it ourselves every morning.
